We were looking for a replacement for our old GE microwave, specifically with the following feature: wattage, size, turntable, color, stovetop light, and programming. After weeks of research, this microwave was near perfect. Only con: rather have a filament bulb for the stovetop light.

When we purchased our old Microwave in 2002, I did the Installation so I knew what had to be done. About the only thing common to both, was the way the vent is arranged our old one was mounted on an outside wall, so the new microwave matched up perfectly with the old vent. It would be great if manufacturers made the mounting bracket and the cabinet mounting screws in the same location as it was I had to change the bracket and drill bigger holes in the cabinet and use fender washers. The microwave works great, but like everything else it will take some getting use to.

We are amazed by how quiet it is. We weren™™t sure it was working! I am especially pleased by the light which shines from the microwave onto my stove. It™™s located such as to light up the whole surface. This is something which our former one did not do, and it was really frustrating.

Love this microwave. It's the second one I purchased of the same model because it just works. New one has more cool features like easily adding 10 or 30 seconds to the cook time.

Unfortunately, this oven cooks unevenly leaving sections of food way too hot and other spots cool. The "Done" alarm is way too active - it goes off repeatedly too quickly and is annoying. I've tried to utilize the mute option on that, but it keeps reverting back to "On" and doesn't remain on "Off". Also, because it overcooks the food it creates a mess inside the oven even when taking precautions to cover the food. I thought Frigidaire was a reliable manufacturer with quality items but this oven is disappointing on its performance and makes me miss my old oven that performed better and was user-friendly.

It is not as powerful as a last my question that was possibly in this home about 20 years. However it is a very nice microwave and it gives reminders when the food is ready. Also what's unique about it is it has a 10 second settings and a 30 second setting on the microwave. Other microwaves have 30 seconds but not a 10 second seven so we appreciate that.

I am very picky about my appliances. They must work perfectly and they must look good. We were thrilled to find a white microwave that matches my blue and white kitchen. I detest stainless steel! This microwave is easy to use and performs flawlessly. The inside is just gorgeous and easy to keep clean. I am very pleased with it, and highly recommend it.

This microwave replaces the old one of same model. It's easy to use and the lights are much brighter than the old one, which really helps to see the food. The only thing I'd change is the small pause between pressing the 1-2-3 minute auto cook and it's actually starting. Otherwise, love it!

Almost two weeks after purchasing this microwave, my wife was cooking a bag of popcorn, precisely according to the manual instructions. During the cooking cycle, the glass turntable broke in two! Frigidaire customer service claimed the turntable is not covered by the warranty but could not explain why, since the turntable is critical to the microwave operating properly. All they offered was to give me a discount on a new turntable, which they quoted as costing $109.47! With discount, the price was "only"$98.91. For a 12 3/8" glass turntable. One of the customer service reps told me she could not transfer me to a supervisor when I asked her to do so. Why? Anyone's guess! I found a new turntable online for less than $25.00, including shipping. This is the last Frigidaire product I will ever buy!

So this purchase was to replace the same microwave that was put in our custom built home 4 years ago. Because the particular micro I had was no longer being made parts for it were not available. The only reason I replaced it with another Frigidaire was because the dimensions were the same to put in my caby I hope this one last longer than 4 years.

We have been very pleased with the new microwave . The control panel is easy to use and has as many "quick" buttons as we need. The food seems to cook faster/hotter than our former model. We're very pleased with our purchase.

When our older model OTR Microwave went out, we wanted to stay with Frigidaire. We now have all Frigidaire Appliances in our Kitchen. Frigidaire Appliances have been good for us. We like the look and ease of installation when replacing an appliance.

I bought this to replace my old microwave and it fit perfectly. It has more features than my old one did. I really like the quick heating guide hidden behind the door so you'll never lose it, its a very nice thought-out touch! I'm very happy with this purchase.
