The refrigerator came into my home with a minor scratch, so did it come from the factory that way or was it caused by the delivery team. However, the even more serious problem is the gasket seal at the front of the bottom of the freezer is defective and is causing me to have to pay higher energy bill due to this major defect. This refrigerator, which was the third one because of manufacturing defects with the first one and scratches by the delivery team on both the first and second one, was delivered on February 14, 2025. It is obvious that the poor quality of your products certainly are designed to frustrate people and waste my time and my life trying to have a truly usable appliance. Remember life is too short to be unhappy and you people are doing a good job of shortening mine. As you can tell, I am not a happy camper and would not recommend your products in the future. Your time of producing high quality refrigerators in the 1950s to 1970s has totally disappeared.

We have been using our refrigerator for over a week now and we love all of space and compartments the fridge has to offer. My only complaint with the refrigerator is that you do have to make sure that you close the door really hard because just swinging it closed isn™™t enough and it will not fully seal

I had a 20 cu. ft. refrigerator that was a tight fit on all three dimensions. After an extensive search, this seemed to be the largest refrigerator that would fit. The relatively small size allows for few frills, but it does a good job as a basic refrigerator.

This is the second 18cu.ft. Frigidaire we have had - the first lasted 17 years and was still going strong, wanted to go with stainless to match other new appliance we purchased. Only small issue: would like to have had a light in the freezer section however, that's a very minor thing.

I one of the door purchased this refrigerator form Home Depot. When it arrived, I noticed one of the door seals was misshapen. I called Frigidaire and they immediately offered to replace the entire refrigerator. That is what I call customer service.

Works well for our family. I wish the door's "racks" were adjustable for height and separated into 6 smaller vs the 3 full length style the come in. We now have one that is just cheese and dairy- but our milk jug does not fit in it in the rack due to the height and width.

We have owned this refrigerator for less than a year, and it has failed three times. It does not cool. Frigidaire has already sent a tech to try and fix it four times. Each service call has taken about a week to schedule. One time they had to reschedule because Frigidaire gave the tech insufficient information prior to the call. Now, we need a FIFTH service appointment (again another week down the road) because the tech was unable to fix it during today's visit. If I could give you a ZERO rating, I would. Customer Service Representatives keep saying the company will not replace it unless the tech says it cannot be fixed. Meanwhile, you have undoubtedly spent more paying service techs than it would cost to replace the unit.

Overall, this refrigerator was a nice sleek replacement for our old garage refrigerator. The fridge section has a lot of space and shelving is adjustable. The freezer is what you would expect for size. We've had this refrigerator for about a week and so far so good!

I am pleased to say my Frigidaire is much more than I expected. I was limited by space - I had only two possibilities - another brand and Frigidaire. I drew up with Frigidaire products so I was leaning toward the one I purchased. My ice maker works perfectly and the light inside is the best I have ever seen. The crispers and cheese drawer maintain proper temperatures. The outside design is sleek and the stainless is so easy to clean. The no bulging handles are a big plus too! I couldn™™t be happier??!

We had to replace a refrigerator that was about 13 yrs old and the space required a model with limited height and depth due to the kitchen design. Many of the new refrigerators are side by side (too wide) or have a bottom freezer (too deep). We needed a narrower appliance and wanted a top freezer. This model fit perfectly and was more spacious inside than the old refrigerator.

Fridge is nice - With the thin walls, the crisper drawers are right next to the floor. Very light weight. Weather stripping on door was deformed but appears to not be leaking cold air. Dealer is willing to stand behind the seal.

We purchased this model through Home Depot on 8/25/2024. We noticed food in our fridge begin to go bad in January 2025. Then our freezer stopped working and fridge stopped working. Manufacture sent out a servicer after 4 days and diagnosed Freon leak which they pointed out as a "Major Failure". Compressor, evaporator along with drier will need replacement. Replacement parts will take almost 2 weeks to arrive. We contacted Frigidaire for support but no further assistance can be provided. We spent over 2 hours with customer service asking if parts shipment can be expedited but no luck. Now we need to wait 2 weeks for the servicer to come again and that's not guarantee our fridge will be fixed. Spoiled food is not being paid for, Frigidaire refused to offer replacement or refund, they ask us to wait patiently. We are very upset with our product and the customer service Frigidaire provided.
