We do not know what happened. It was working great, no problem. All of a sudden, the dishwasher stopped mid cycle and would not restart or finish cycle. 5 hours. Was able to cancel and drain unit.

This dishwasher is tiny! Much smaller than my GE. It cleans fine but does NOT dry the dishes.
Also, it™™s supposed to be an energy saver. I can™™t tell that from my electricity bill.

Appears to be effective at cleaning however, the need to add a "Rinse Aid" should be an option not a requirement.
The dishes are moderately still damp with the rinse aid... and totally wet without a rinse aid.
Understand that this appears to be a problem with "Energy Efficiency" aspect.
So... we have more plastic bottles to recycle ... and additional cost and inconvenience to the consumer

I am Extremely UN-impressed with this dishwasher. It does NOT dry the dishes worth a darn. We have to leave everything out on the counter to dry or hand-dry the dishes. It leaves residue on some of the bottom rack dishes. And I'm not so sure that a "Plastic" interior tub is going to hold up very well. This unit is NOT worth $650 we paid for it. I'd send it back if I hadn't gotten rid of the stupid box.

Bought the dishwasher directly from the Whirlpool site. Shipment was well planned and executed exactly as promised. The new unit was easily installed and has worked perfectly. It replaced a 20 year old Whirlpool dishwasher. The new unit is much quiter and has met our expectations. Could not ask for more!

Our previous dishwasher was a Kenmore and was a much nicer unit, however it was a top line model. This Whirlpool is very cheaply built and does not have anywhere the same room for dishes, even though it is the same size unit.

We bought this dishwasher because it is one of the few available in bisque/bisquit and we needed to match our other appliances. So, far, it seems to be working well. The features and controls are fairly basic, but it cleans dishes which is what we need it to do.

Senior's 1st dishwasher, so simple & easy to use, although button stuck after 1st use & had to call my plumber! Also box damaged, but luckily plumber could bump out bottom damage. Also had to change out all my copper pipes to 3/4, so became quite a more expensive purchase, so I better make use of it for my cat's dishes!

We bought this dishwasher because we needed the biscuit color and there weren™™t many choices. I™™ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it does wash the dishes. The rack mechanism doesn™™t seem as sturdy as my previous dishwasher, and the racks do not hold as much. Silverware is still damp on air dry even several hours later. But it does wash the dishes well! The most important thing!

This dishwasher is adequate but has some flaws. Foremost, the dishes do not come out dry even with the rinse aid. Even with the "heated dry" setting. Silverware and glasses have to be hand-dried! Also, the buttons on the front panel are virtually unreadable if you are over 30. Very small print and no illumination. Who would design a control panel like this? Even the young man installing my dishwasher had trouble seeing the settings. Other than these minor complaints, it runs quietly and does the job.

This is NOT worth the money! The drawer racks are so tiny, you won't be able to fit any bowl, pot or sheet pan into it. They are too short and the posts are so close together, nothing beyond a plate will fit well. I'm constantly having to hand wash anything larger than a standard dish! The dry cycle is horrible, your dishes will be wet when you open the door. Most times, I have to wash several items a second time because they do not come clean the first time. Since it holds near nothing, I have to do up to 3 loads instead of 1 (from my previous dishwasher)! The soap dispenser latch doesn't open during a wash, so I am putting a timer on for 5 minutes (to allow the machine to rinse my dirty dishes) and then I have to open the door and toss in the soap pod! I wish I had just had my old dishwasher repaired, it would have been so worth it than to have settled for this one.
If you think Whirlpool is going to answer the phone, Good Luck!! Customer service is non-existent and you'll be left holding on forever, no one picks up the phone! I'm truly disgusted as I have been dealing with this piece of junk since December! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER!!!

I was replacing the Whirlpool I have had for 20 years!! It needed a part that isn™™t made any more. So I knew I wanted another one.
I guess I didn™™t check my new one out and expected it to be like my old one. WRONG!! The sales person didn™™t show me what it does either. So I am washing a lot of my dishes, pots and pans in the sink. I rather have one that the shelf lowers to hold larger items and the bottom shelf have more spaces of different sizes.

You can't close the door without the soap dispenser getting getting caught on the rack. you have to close the soap dispenser when not in use. The capacity sucks but I should have seen that in the specs. Also, the silverware rack is on the side of the washer, not the front which means you have to open the door all the way and pull out the bottom tray to put silverware in the back part of the tray. Just dropping a fork in the rack on the quick means the front of the silverware rack gets jammed full while the back is empty. I know, I'm lazy. Also, the cycle time is way longer tan our old washer, but dishes come out spotted even with soft water. If you don't mind these little things, then buy one.

Cleans dishes well. Very quiet. Doesn't get things totally dry, even with rinse aid as recommended. But that's probably a loading issue as I'm still getting used to this model which is smaller inside than my previous dishwasher. Overall I'm pleased.

This dishwasher is spacious, fairly quiet, and my glasses and dishes come out sparkling clean. I love the easy to use silverware holder and the racks are situated to allow for a large amount of dishes. I would definitely recommend this dishwasher.

Our new dishwasher does a great job of cleaning our plates, pans, silverware etc. and seems quieter than or previous dishwasher was. The only things we have noticed is that our cups still have water on top of them after the cycle completes and the long narrow silverware rack isn't as easily pulled and balanced as the silverware rack was in our old dishwasher. It will just take some getting used to.

My second dishwasher, same model. The first one lasted just over three years. The repair man said that the pump was out, and would cost to much to fix. So we bought a new one. We ordered the same model so that it would fit right in. Lasted six days this time. This time it washes, but will not refresh the water, and when its all done i have to pump out the water in the bottom. I'm told it will be two to three weeks for a repair man.

It has one-hour wash. It has much thicker poly fill than GE. It is quieter than GE. My favorite thing is the one-hour wash. The kitchen is central in my house and I don't want that noise for 2 plus hours. I hope it works longer than my lemon GE.
