Fits perfectly! I was expecting to have to make a big adjustment coming from a traditional sized refrigerator, but this has been seamless. The counter depth, although only a few inches, made a surprising difference in the appearance of my kitchen. I am very happy with the functionality and aesthetic it brings. And yes, you can still store a large pizza box.

I™™ve been using this Whirlpool fridge for a while now and overall it™™s a good refrigerator. It has a nice layout inside, and offers plenty of space. The exterior finish is great, fingerprints wipe off easily with just a dry cloth, which is something I really appreciate because it keeps the fridge looking clean.
The only downside is the noise. From the beginning it has been louder than expected. I contacted Whirlpool customer care and was told the sound should settle after about three weeks, but unfortunately it still makes noticeable noise even after that period.
Aside from the noise issue, the fridge performs well. If the sound level were lower, it would be nearly perfect.

The fridge is absolutely beautiful and so far we haven™™t had and problems with it. The seal on the door did tear rather quickly but was replaced by whirlpool. Hopefully it was just a flaw and the new seal lasts longer.

The ice maker wire shut off arm doesn™™t work upon delivery. The worse part is the brand new defective part is not covered by their basic warranty. The customer service requires me to buy extended warranty in order to get it fixed for ™free™.

I bought this new from Costco 3 months ago. The first batch of ice that came out from the ice maker had a black color on top. Tech came and said those were dirt. The ice maker could have been old or used and accumulated dirt and didn't get clean before installed. The doors are not level and swing to one side when open. The tech said the hinges are fixed and not adjustable. I filed a complaint with Whirlpool about a month ago and have not gotten any response.

Wobbly freezer door.

The bottom freezer door is a little wobbly when opening even when opening with both hands. Ice falls to the bottom of the freezer when pulling out the top freezer basket at times. I purposely purchased this brand since the online information indicated that Whirlpool was an American company that manufactured the product in America. I hope this was not a mistake.

I™™ve had several door ice/water models which places ice maker in frig. Bad bad design that will fail. This is best low/no tech model. On appliances & cars the least tech you get the longer it will last. Could not be happier now. Took me a few years to understand this concept. Buy the dumbest one you can find. This one is stupid and that™™s exactly what I need!

I bought this a month ago to replace a similar 10 year old Samsung refrigerator. I found it was difficult to get the Samsung repaired by local services, even though it had a simple problem. So after a month I find the Whirlpool unit functions well and maintains temperatures as expected. Interior is functional and has easy to adjust shelves. I understand this is a lower line model for Whirlpool but I did not expect the noise it generates from the compressor and ice maker refill. The French doors and freezer drawer do not have the smooth operation that the Samsung have. The ice maker refill is especially loud. Overall I say this is a good refrigerator but the Samsung was more refined.

We have had the new refrigerator about a month. It takes a little getting used to, having a side by side before, but a lot of the old freezer was the equipment to make ice/water to the outside door. We did not get this wall those features, just ice cube maker. Makes for a lot of room in the freezer to keep things. The adjustable door shelving pockets don't have a lot of choices, and tall bottles of wine don't fit unless you take one of the pockets out? or have two real close together. Also I would like the bins pull with the handle opening to grab facing down to grip. The way it is, I see lots of crumbs, etc landing in the pull, getting nasty looking and not easy to clean. it's only 25 Cubic Feet, same space as our old one, but obviously seems to have better space area in both compartments.

I have always wanted a stainless steel French door refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom so far everything seems to be great. I really do love it. I do love knowing that when I go grocery shopping and I put all my groceries away. I don™™t have to stack groceries on top of groceries because there™™s definitely plenty of room in this refrigerator. I do wish the deli drawer was split into two so that I can get into it by only opening one door, but if I need anything out of that drawer, you have to open both doors. That™™s the only thing I would change, but I™™m learning to open both doors if I need to get in that drawer.

The refrigerator works fine and fits our decor in the kitchen. I have to say it is very noisy and uses more electric than my 22 year old refrigerator that we replaced. The draws are very flimsy. The refrigerator does hold the proper set temperature

Everything has been great! I've had the refrigerator for a few weeks now and everything is running great. No regrets on getting a more simpler model with just an ice maker and no water dispenser. The installation guys were great, very quick and super nice. All good news!!

I bought this fridge for our part-time condo. It is a good size for my space and for our needs however it would be too small for a family in my view. It is noisy but all fridges are it seems. Overall I am pleased with my purchase which I made sight unseen through Costco. I have the ice maker in the freezer drawer which I prefer and it makes good ice.

This is so far a really really nice refrigerator. It went from out of the box to cold enough for food in about four hours. It is very quiet, well lit on the inside and holds the temps we set. We are very pleased so far.

I really like my new refrigerator. I like the french door style which I was a bit apprehensive about at first. The majority of the time I don't go into the freezer as much. So having all the frig items at eye level is nice. I caan now store more items efficiently then before. The freezer still works well and seems a better fit for me. The stainless steel looks great. I am very pleased with how it is cooling my food and how I can organize everything. The ice maker doesn't produce as much as my old frig but it does have a max ice button when necessary.

We are pleased with our new refrigerator. It is very convenient to have the freezer drawer. The only inconvenience that we noticed was that the drawer in the middle for meat and cheese requires that the double doors need to be open together. I know it is a sleek feature and can hold a bit more, but we don't like the fact that cold air must escape with both doors open.

the refrigerator seemed fine for a few days. within a week, the upper box stopped cooling. The evaporator fan failed. Whirlpool arranged for repair. However, the part ordering and coordinating repair took 2 weeks. I bought a 7 cu. ft. mini fridge to use. After the repair, it is working fine but it is noisy compared to our old Amana.There is a plastic divider in the freezer basket, that was placed in a way that the space behind was small and not easily accessible. There were no instructions in the manual on how to move it. Watched YouTube video demonstrating
that you had to remove the freezer basket entirely to be able to get the right angle and leverage to compress the plastic lock tabs to detach the divider. I saw the repairman struggling to do that when he replaced the fan. So I just took a hacksaw and cut the piece out and threw it away. Whoever designed this divider hasn't ever tried to
move it, as they would realize it is a bad design

Have only been using for a few weeks, but happy with my purchase. I only wish the door shelves were a bit deeper, as my previous refrigerator had more room. Also wish there was a half-shelf, or they were able to be configured differently for more tall items. I had to remove one shelf for juices and taller bottles.

Way too early to tell. Motor is noisier than past refrigerator that was 17 years old. The fridge was built with clear plastic sheeting sticking out from joints in the surface and has been extremely difficult to get out. This is not an acceptable issue and we are still dealing with it. Thus far, it seems to be just a run of the mill refrigerator. We were hoping for better.

This model is a great value - except - that it is noisier than more expensive models that we have had in the past. None of the past models made it past 12 years so we got tired of paying $2000.00+ for a unit that only lasts that long. We figured we could live with the extra noise for 12 years if it only cost $1350.00 delivered and warranted from Costco.

Well, we've had it 2 weeks. Loved the jumbo capacity. The in fridge drawers were a tad smaller than we were used to, but not enough to complain. The ice maker in the freezer would never fill up. Looking closer the ice had a slimy texture and some things in the freezer that should have been frozen solid, were a tad soft. The temp setting was 0 deg F, lowered it to -3 deg F, no change.
Bought from a 5 store local chain with an extended warranty through their service dept (not out-sourced). The tech just finished up. The sealed coil/compressor unit is bad. The tech showed me the coil while he still had it open, he said it should be covered in ice. About 1/4 of it had some ice build up, and the rest of it had started dripping water while still turned on just from having the cover off. Per the tech it's basically a haul away.
Was basically sent a day one dud, per the extended warranty it looks like I'll have the option to swap models, no clue what I'll be getting other then no Samsung or LG's (also definitely not this model).
